Need help?
For a site problem or a transaction that looks stuck, contact the Basis team at @Basisdexcom on X. Include the page, the network, and a public transaction hash if you have one.
Never send a seed phrase, private key, password, recovery code, or wallet signature to anyone claiming to provide support. Basis support cannot reverse an on-chain transaction.
If an action is pending
Check its transaction hash in a block explorer before trying again. A wallet rejection is different from a submitted transaction, and retrying a submitted action may create a second one.
If Perps is paused
An existing order or position at Robinhood Chain Lighter remains at the venue even if Basis pauses its Perps controls. Check and manage that account directly at Robinhood Chain Lighter, subject to the venue’s own access rules. Do not place another order just to check an uncertain result.
